This project consists of two single storey buildings designed to accommodate future mezzanines. The construction of the project was concrete tilt-up with insulation backup walls, and steel supporting structure. After the construction of the first building, changes were made to improve the second build. In doing so, BGA was able to provide the client with their vision to keep the project on budget while pivoting to provide a different program and scope.
